You can change information such as password, personal info and address and so on, however you cannot change your nickname which is considered your ID for the duration of your Membership. You will have to unregister and register as a new user to change your nickname. All of your previous data will be lost if you do this, however.

You can click on the forgotten password button, enter your email address and a new password will be sent.

In clear cases of online abuse, we can warn them to stop and block their account if it continues. But these are free forums with free speech, so we will have to deem the content offensive before taking such extreme measures.

You can comment on their blog/post etc. that you disagree with their posts or content. You can get others to support your actions. We are all adults on TurkmenWorld and posters are free to speak their minds without fear of automatic censorship, however, willful and especially repeated infringements of the Terms of Use will not be permitted!

Yes, of course. No one likes troublemakers and no one is expected to tolerate distasteful or anti-soical behaviour (this is a Social Sharing Network, after all!!!). Mail us if you feel you've exhausted any other methods and we will try to resolve the issue.

For best results, use a Pentium 4 PC, G4 Mac or faster with an up-to-date Operating System and a minimum of 512Mb of RAM. If you are running Windows XP, Vista, Mac OS X or Linux with a nice, fast internet connection you should be OK. Windows 98 and earlier are not recommended, nor do we support Mac OS 9 or earlier. Older Pentium III or G3 Systems, and others such as the Playstation or Web Terminals/PDAs may have limited or no functionality, especially regarding media playback and PDF viewing.
